Food Trucks of the Flathead was created to support, promote, and grow the incredible mobile food community here in Northwest Montana. What started as a vision to bring local food trucks together in one place has grown into a thriving network of vendors, partners, and thousands of food-loving attendees.

At the heart of it all is the Flathead Food Truck Festival, now in its 7th year, held annually at the Flathead County Fairgrounds. What began as a simple gathering has become one of the valley’s favorite summer traditions—bringing together dozens of food trucks, local businesses, families, and visitors for a weekend of incredible flavors and community connection.

But we’re more than just one weekend a year.

• Connect the community with diverse, high-quality food options

• Keep events accessible with free admission

• Highlight the creativity and hard work of small, locally-owned businesses

We believe food trucks are more than mobile kitchens—they’re small businesses built on grit, creativity, and long hours. They serve at community fundraisers, breweries, weddings, markets, and festivals. They show up in the heat, the smoke, and sometimes even the rain (and yes, we’ve seen that firsthand).

Through the Flathead Food Truck Festival and ongoing promotion throughout the year, our mission is simple:
